Delete your BarnEdge Pro account

This page is for the BarnEdge Pro app by BarnEdge Pro LLC.

Moving to another barn? You do not need to delete your account. Join the new barn with its code and your account comes with you.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open BarnEdge Pro and sign in.
2. Open the menu and tap Profile.
3. Open Account and tap Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Delete it without the app

Email contact@barnedgepro.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. We may reply to confirm it is you. We delete the account within 7 days of confirming and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your login and password
• Your email address and phone number
• Your payment instructions and AI consent record
• Your membership in every barn

What the barn keeps, and why

Some records stay with your barn because it needs them to run its business and meet legal and tax obligations. They are kept under your name only, with no login, email, or phone number:

• documents you signed, and when you signed them
• charges, invoices, and payments
• care, task, and alert history you took part in

The barn keeps these for as long as it is required to. Horses you owned stay in the barn's records so the barn can give them a new owner.

Barn owners

If you own a barn that still has other people in it, first hand the barn to someone else or close it in Barn Settings. Then you can delete your account.
