BarnEdge Pro Terms of Use

Effective date: September 29, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and BarnEdge Pro LLC (BarnEdge, we, us), for using the BarnEdge Pro app and website. By creating an account or using BarnEdge you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy at barnedgepro.com/privacy explains how we handle your information.

Who can use BarnEdge

You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to your account and to these terms for you, and they are responsible for your use of BarnEdge and for any charges. You agree to give accurate information, including your name and phone number, and to keep it current in the app under Profile. An account is for one person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

What BarnEdge is

BarnEdge is a tool that helps a barn and its people coordinate horse care, work, documents, and billing. BarnEdge is not a party to any agreement between a barn and its boarders, workers, or trainers.

Care decisions belong to people. BarnEdge records and shares information. It does not give veterinary, farrier, or medical advice. In an emergency, call a vet and the barn directly.
Barns set their own terms. Board rates, care services, prices, and barn policies are set by each barn. Questions or disagreements about them are between you and the barn.
Access depends on your barn. The barn owner or manager approves who joins their barn and what role each person has.

Your content

You own what you put into BarnEdge: notes, photos, horse details, and the like. You give us permission to store, process, translate, and display it so the app can work for you and the people in your barn. Information you share in a barn is visible to others in that barn according to their role. Records a barn relies on, such as signed documents, billing history, and care history, stay with the barn as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

enter false information, or pretend to be someone else
use BarnEdge to harass anyone or to post unlawful content
try to reach information your role does not give you, or interfere with how the app works
copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app

AI features

Voice-to-text and translation use third-party AI services. They are helpful but can make mistakes. Check anything important, and do not rely on a translation alone for a safety or medical matter.

Payments

Charges between a barn and its boarders are set by the barn and are between them. Where a barn accepts card payments, they are processed by Stripe under the barn's own account; BarnEdge takes no share of those payments. Barn subscriptions to BarnEdge are billed under the plan the barn chooses.

Early access

BarnEdge is new and still being built. Features may change, and there may be interruptions or errors. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, then Account, then Delete my account) or at barnedgepro.com/delete-account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can. A barn owner can remove people from their barn.

Disclaimers and limits

BarnEdge is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, BarnEdge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by barns, owners, workers, or trainers using information in the app. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid us nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County or Pierce County, Washington, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. Continuing to use BarnEdge after a change means you accept it.
